Return & Refund Policy – UTO LLC

At UTO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your Vibrant scrubs, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy, in compliance with consumer protection standards.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.
  • All tags must still be attached.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🗓️ Return Time Frame

  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You then have another 14 days to send the items back once the return is authorized.

📩 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Contact us at orders@myuto.com or call 707-919-4202 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Download and fill out our Return/Withdrawal Form [or insert a downloadable link if available].

📦 Return Instructions

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Include your order number and completed return form inside the package.
  • Ship to:

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defective item.
  • Store credit is not offered as a refund option.

♻️ Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately, and we will arrange a free replacement.
  • If you need to exchange an item due to size or color, you are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting orders@myuto.com.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

📃 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us by email or phone and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Date of receipt
