Return and Refund Policy for Polynesian Print Scrubs

At UTO, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Polynesian print scrubs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
3. Procedure:
   
   • Contact our customer service team at orders@myuto.com to request a return authorization.
   • Once authorized, securely package your item and include a copy of the original invoice.
   • Ship the item to the provided return address.

Refunds:

1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1 - 2 days of receiving the returned item.
2. Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the shipping costs.
2. Incorrect Sizes or Colors: If you need to exchange an item due to size or color issues, please contact us to discuss the exchange process. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order. Cancellations are not possible for orders that have already been shipped.
